I've been dying to tell ya'll since yesterday what our brand KlicKNet has planned for the next couple of weeks, though we'll go over it through this Wkly Hit List post. I'm confident that we can get it all done as the summer season rolls in because we’ve filmed a lot of things this week, from FTB 60 shorts to three new episodes of FakeTV Box and to a new campaign for Rhodey, NY. With only a week and a half left in June, who knows much we can get done before the start of July, but it has always been a real honor to keep making content for our brand KlicKNet. The Wkly Hit List is a major part of our brand because it tells people stories in a very unique way, take a look at what we dug up this week and place into the 5-Day Rounder.

Friday means another Flashback Friday, there has been over 200 episodes of FakeTV Box so picking one to show every week has not been much of problem. The one that we are about to show is from March 2022 and it's from when we reacted to the official trailer of Marvel Studios' Ms. Marvel. There's not much I will say about it, but I do believe that this was the first time we filmed a reaction episode that wasn't from iKwame.com Studios at 114th Road Studios in NYC.

Our Inside Scoop this week concerns the New York Knicks who last weekend won their first NBA World Championship in over 53 years. They did so by beating the San Antonio Spurs in five games in the 2026 NBA Finals and even now people can't stop talking about how they did it. In the four games that they won, they were trailing against the Spurs by double digit points. But then the Knicks would fight their way back in the fourth quarters of all of those game and look the lead over the Spurs who were favored to win the Finals this year. We all know that this was rematch of the 1999 NBA Finals, but we ever expected the sequel to play out like this, in 1999 the Spurs won in five games and earned their first World Title in franchise history at MSG. Since then, the Knicks had no luck at all at getting back to the NBA Finals and last year they were "oh so" until the Indiana Pacers shut them down. You could say that the Knicks had it easy this season because teams like the Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks didn't make the playoffs because some of their star players were hurt, and teams like Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers led the opportunity of reaching the Finals slip away from them during the NBA Playoffs. A lot of people picked the OKC Thunder to repeat as champions and the Spurs spoiled their plans leading to the showdown between San Antonio and New York that was 27 years in the making. As you can see from the Front and Back cover of last Monday's New York Post down below, the results were much different from 1999.
I'm not just writing this piece to share my congratulations to the New York Knicks, I'm here to say to inform KlicKNettars that I was at the Knicks Championship Parade yesterday. Even though I'm a die hard Brooklyn Nets, I was at the parade to show my support to the Knicks and the entire city as a proud New York native, and I pray to god each day that the Nets will win a championship before I'm dead and buried. To further show my support to the Knicks, the KlicKNet and I are going to produce a vlog episode of FakeTV Box which capture many different moments of the Knicks Championship. Of course, we thought we give anyone who missed the entire event as it was happening a chance to see it on our website right now. After you watch the ABC 7 New York broadcast of the Parade of Champions, be sure to see it from our perspective very soon on FakeTV Box, and lemme say this, the experience I went through in the streets of New York City was unforgettable and Knicks fans won't disappoint when they see it themselves.
