Happy D23 Weekend, KlicKNettars! We've been waiting all year for this and KlicKNet is the middle of covering everything that pops on our iPhones and iPads. Later on in this post we'll let you know our predictions for the two big panels taking place tonight and tomorrow night, but first we have to get to some really sad news. Yesterday, Actress Christy Knowings passed away at the age of 46; she suffered an asthma attack that left her with permanent brain damage. She was placed on life support at a hospital in Los Angeles before dying this past Tuesday. To anyone who doesn't, Christy Knowings was a cast member on Nickelodeon's All That for three seasons from 1997 to 2000, and during that time she was a celebrity panelist on the famous Nickelodeon game show Figure It Out. I learned this week that she also appeared in episodes of Sesame Street on PBS Kids, alongside her twin brother Chris Knowings who plays Chris Robinson on Sesame Street for almost two decades. Fun fact: Chris was a star on Nickelodeon's Tania, which means The Knowings Family has had with the Orange Network for a long time. To not have known any of this as a kid is just amazing to me, and to hear that Christy died after an asthma attack cuts deep because I've have a history of asthma problems myself.
